Titanic - The Ship Magnificent

Almost half a million people visited Victoria Square during this Titanic project.
Titanic was once again built in Belfast, only this time around, it was constructed and displayed in Victoria Square, right in the heart of the city, just in time for the Easter holidays. Thousands of families enjoyed the exciting Victoria Square Titanic experience.
Watching the live action as World champion, professional balloon artist Fiona Fisher CBA and her team from Worldwide Balloon Decor, build a 1/22 scale sculpture of the TITANIC using fourteen thousand balloons. You can follow every step, from initial design, to the actual construction as it happened. Victoria square, Belfast are the main sponsors for the Titanic experience project.
Just a few hundred yards away from Victoria Square is the slipway where Titanic was originally built and launched from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in 1911. The Thompson dock and pump house are close by and also the new iconic Belfast Titanic visitors centre, which is attracting many thousands of visitors from around the world in 2012 and beyond.
